When in-person 5G lab access shut down, leadership still needed a reliable way to run high-value demos. Off-the-shelf collaboration tooling did not meet requirements for scale, quality, or executive experience.
Approach
Owned architecture and cross-functional execution. Forked Mozilla Hubs and introduced breakout-room microservices, private audio routing, production scene tooling, avatar systems, and guided navigation. Drove quality, operations, and delivery alignment across product, design, and engineering teams.
Outcome
Kept high-stakes 5G demos running through lockdowns, supported recurring executive events, and established a scalable foundation for future partner-facing immersive programs.
