Challenge
The project required fast iteration across gameplay, art, and audio for a brand-new IP. We needed a stable technical foundation while the team simultaneously defined style, pacing, and production workflow.
Approach
Set technical direction and built core gameplay systems in Unity C#. Implemented mobile input abstraction, created a photo-to-sprite pipeline, and delivered content tooling that let technical artists build and iterate scenes quickly.
Outcome
Delivered a polished PAX West demo that generated millions of social impressions and helped secure a $50K Microsoft grant, opening follow-on funding opportunities.
