Needed a portable, headset-friendly way to demo a cargo aircraft interior without physical access, while keeping controls intuitive for first-time VR users.
Approach
Built a VR navigation system with gaze/teleport controls tuned for lightweight headsets, and authored rebrandable UI/content so Boeing could present to different airline buyers. Optimized scenes for smooth performance on standalone devices.
Outcome
Delivered a reusable VR tour used in executive events and customer programs, contributing to sales conversations tied to $10M+ in aircraft opportunities.
