Challenge
Immersive experiences are fragmented: avatars and sessions are trapped inside individual apps. We needed a way for a live avatar—position, rotation, volumetric reconstruction—to traverse apps while keeping identity, consent, and media exchange secure.
Approach
Designed a dual-application handshake where both clients authenticate, establish secure channels, and exchange capabilities. The system transports volumetric reconstruction and avatar pose while returning optimized media streams from the destination app. Consent and access controls are brokered centrally for governance and compliance.
Outcome
Enabled interoperable immersive presence with governed identity handoff, positioning the platform for multi-application partner ecosystems and future cross-world communication services.
