- Maintained partner relationships with CLEAR, Capital One, JP Morgan Chase, US Bank, Wells Fargo, Mitek, LG, Samsung, Sony, Stream TV, and Meta security stakeholders, combining technical credibility with product judgment to move pilots, proofs of value, and new use cases forward.
- Led AI integration initiatives, evaluating AI vendors and connecting assistant-style AI/LLM workflows to identity and fraud APIs; owned AI architecture, roadmap, and milestone planning alongside vendor coordination.
- Directed a 2025 AI platform initiative that shipped an MCP-style server connecting an AI assistant to production Fraud and Identity APIs with contextual API invocation, structured governance, accuracy review, and roadmap ownership.
- Standardized partner onboarding with sample applications, integration guides, sequence diagrams, ADRs, SDK needs documentation, UX flows, and clickable prototypes, improving developer experience and conversion velocity.
- Implemented Postman-based monitors and custom alerting that detected partner API degradation before producer teams, reducing potential outage impact by up to 24 hours for external trials.
- Led AWS platform setup and operations (EC2, ALB/ELB, CloudFormation, Route 53, monitoring/alerting) for secure, high-availability delivery.
